Something to be said for Taylor’s system. 15 minutes no finish damage, you can try 2-3 variations and it can literally be done AT a gig if you have the shims. Compare that to a Martin or Gibson neck reset. A month and $1000+ later, and you’d better hope a experienced expert did the work, cause a second try costs even more than the first.
