Very good for my upperbody, worked with computers since 1980 and I have had a LOT of pain in shoulders and neck. So by now that regular workout is a must for me. Bible and prayer together with exercise is fantastic .

Oh Lord my arms felt this one!! I had to move down to 1 lb weights and just do faster reps the last round 😂 I felt like I could barely pick up the 5 lbs anymore!! But i made it to the end 🙌🏻

I'm glad to find a workout that uses Godly music but I wish all of the fitness people and motivational speakers would stop asking "right?" after every sentence they say. It gets redundant and annoying
