I really admire how you pick yourself back up after being knocked down. Your motivation wanes at times, like it does for everyone, but you never let that last for long before you’re back at it👏🏼

I've been in such a fitness slump and this mid-year reset idea is my motivation to get a plan going and workout (slowly at first) but take that step!

I feel less alone now. I also have been trying to get back into fitness and this past week, I did a 5 day split and when I went to do my run at the end of the week, I only made it 8 minutes in and opted for a 20 min walk instead because I am not where I used to be and I was tired from all the workouts and classes I had done that week. I’m glad we are both trying to get back into it and listening to our bodies. Excited for part 3 of this series next week!

I love that you are coming back up, I am very similar to you in that way: I feel down I cry a lot and then start to go running, eating good, establish a new routine. For me, it's the only way to get back up.
Also I love to see that even if you are a mom, you are not losing yourself and your personality.
Sometimes it scares me that in the future, when I will have a kid, I will lose myself. You make it seem like it's possible to be still yourself🥰

I find when my body is fatigued, I love going for a long nature walk. It’s therapeutic too.
Also, I love to do handstands again the wall too. It works your arms and core. I set the timer on my phone to see if I can do it longer each time.😊
