In this video, I'm showing you 5 exercises that really helped me build and grow my quads. I'm also explaining how to perform the exercises correctly. This workout is specifically designed to target your quads but the exercises will of course activate your overall legs as well.

The workout:

1. Dumbbell Goblet squats 4-5 sets x 15 reps
Rest time: 60s
2. Front foot Elevate Dumbbell split squats 4set x 10-12 reps each leg T-U-T 2s lowering phase + 2s pause
Rest time: 60-75s
3. Narrow stance Leg press 4 set x 15-20 reps
Rest time: 90s
4. Heel elevate Squats 4 set x 8 reps T-U-T 4s lowering phase
Rest time: 90s
5. Smith Machine Duck stance squats 4 set x 12-15 reps
Rest time: 60s

I did the heel elevate squats today and it was as if my quads grew in seconds lol. Its a super effective workout and you feel every bit of it, i did it with 10 measly little pounds and it was hard so the key is progression. Thanks Hannah!

I made it to the 3rd set of the 2nd exercise last night... and then had trouble walking down the stairs out if the gym 🤣 I'll have to definitely work my way up to these exercises! Probably when I'm not 8 months pregnant. But my quads feel fricken awesome today!

i brought this back into my mix of weight training because i missing some quad work in my legs. this was perfect. for people who dont wanna listen, you have to have the step up regardless if its 2 weights together or just one. i could really feel it with two weights. couldnt have dumbells and struggled getting to 12 reps. loved it. thank you!

Loved this workout! I did notice that I REALLY felt it the next day in the front of my quads instead of the outer quad. Not a bad thing at all, but definitely trying to get that outer quad burning. Any suggestions? Thanks!
