For the exact same answer the interviewer replied me back saying- we are not a training institute.. I was speechless after that.😂

A honest 'don't know' is better than manipulating the interviewer. I have tried and also got the job

Have hired hundreds of candidates from some of the most reputed institutes in India. Always prefer someone who does not waste time, is clear about what he / she is saying and does not beat around the bush.

In this case a plain and simple "I am not proficient in this topic, but I am willing to learn" is the best answer

I’m working in India’s top MNC and I’m in interview panel too! I will surely reject the person who blabber this much lengthy sentence!

I've seen utmost 2 videos of this channel and I can confidently say, you just have to watch these videos and learn exactly what not to say in your interview but simply reversing the advice given.

But they were saying me why are you memorizing word to words😂

I like a honest ‘don’t know’ in which case I test them in their expert skill to bring them onboard once they prove to be good enough in what they claimed to be good at, the test will establish a trust that they can pick up a new skill quickly. I don’t need to trust a twisted answer that is neither a yes/no.

Faced the same situation once and replied, "Sir, currently I do not know sql but understanding that we are expected to have a good working knowledge of the same, I'm willing to put myself out there and learn it if my work profile requires it."

Got the job and appreciation from the interviewer for my honesty. Just avoid a minute long lecture on how you don't know a topic, it can be said in the simplest of words.

I am interviewing people since past 4 years for their final round and absolutely okay when some once accept about not having knowledge. Rather since past 1 year I am observing that with such online tack ticks candidates are giving polished interviews but don't have skills for actual role and neither willing to learn further. More then clearing interview people should focus on skill building which is more important to retain and enjoy your work journey.

I think the worst way to get rejected in a interview is speaking so much 😂
Simple I'm sorry I'm not aware could suffice
Or if you can take a guess just ask if you are allowed to.

What u don't know it's better to stick to the truth only ... Manipulated facts seems like forced selling of ur services u r not meant for ... Eventually affects the overall productivity of the firm ..

Sorry I would like to defer here..these sentences don't work. If you don't know, then don't know...saying a paragraph doesn't help. Interviewer is not dumb..
