1) Self awareness. Ask your self "why do you need to do this? Is it helpful to you, is it helpful to others?".
2) Self discipline. Know the priority and say no to less important things.
3) Know that time is limited. Look at time as you look at money. Then you will use it seriously. Money can be earned. But time cannot.
4) ask "is it really necessary". For example, scrolling social media vs talking to your kids
5) know what matters to you. Whats the most impt thing to do today to achieve the larger purpose?

Ask this magic question to yourself before doing anything :- "IS IT REALLY NECESSARY? Will it even help me ? " Channelize your valuable time in doing something valuable.
