That sounds pretty familiar. I start by doing something simple but productive, and then the dopamine kicks in, manifesting as a satisfying sense of accomplishment. It seems like a feedback loop because the more I do something positive, the more of a dopamine rush, which prompts me to do even more.

Hi, it's cool you're putting content out but Andrew Huberman actually suggests against this as it can get you used to releasing dopamine from planning to do things which is different from putting in effort towards it
