Join me for a 30 minute pilates workout to strengthen the arms and abs as well as boost your metabolism. This session which will really help tone all your arm and shoulder muscles for a lean defined look, as well as strengthen your core, legs and glutes. It is a Mixed Ability Level class with Pilates at the centre alongside some specially created exercises I use to tone my arms and shoulders. I always listen to the chat after your classes, even when it I don't do it 'live'....
It's so helpful, with guidance, explanation and so much positive encouragement .I completely agree that consistency is the key to improvement in body strength and it's so wonderful when you realise.... 'wow I did it' .

Love your comments in the chat about the brain and spine, so true as I’ve learned over the last few years rehabbing after brain surgeries. Your Pilates sessions have been a tremendous help with balance and ataxia issues, along with allowing me to keep my strength and flexibility, and even get some cardio with your recent excellent classes. You’re a lifesaver!🥰

Great addition to October week 3 playlist, ataxia still makes some exercises difficult on right side, but I did much better than at the beginning of the year, when this first came out! So, progress! 💪🏻😊All thanks to you, and your positive, meticulous instruction! Thanks for all you do for us!🧡💛💚💙

good morning from a cold Yokohama, Japan. I did some yoga a few days ago & ended up💖💜💙💛💚🐧 injuring myself. I quit.. I much prefer, at 61, to stick with you ! It was a great class today. Thank you!

I haven’t been able to enjoy your videos for several days so did the super 20 min Posture one just before this one. Both incredible and loved the variety. The last balance maneuver on this is going to take LOT OF PRACTICE‼️ Thank you Rachel🥰

Hi Rachel. Enjoyed this challenging routine. I have worked on the reformer, this was great for arms. I just love your instructing style. So positive and encouraging. Besides a routine for that time of the month ( those days passed for me ;) how about one for after vacation! I returned 3lbs heavier, and sluggish after recent trip. Need to get myself straightened up now! Maybe a blend type routine? I know you will create something food for us all. Want to try your scoliosis routine soon, just for spine health.

Hi Rachel! Thank you for giving so much thought into our sessions that you provide! It is so impressive. Interesting, about 5 years ago I did those exercises on the Reformer. It seemed to be easier than on the mat. Yep, some of those movements were really a challenge for me.

Hi Rachel, I did this and the Scoliosis workouts and they really helped me to loosen my back. Really enjoy the recent knee workout with the cushion as my VMO muscle needs strengthening. I miss the snippet with you and Boo! It made me smile. I would like to see a small pilates ball or stretch band mat workout. Thanks so much!
