Join me for a 30 minute pilates workout to strengthen the arms and abs as well as boost your metabolism. This session which will really help tone all your arm and shoulder muscles for a lean defined look, as well as strengthen your core, legs and glutes. It is a Mixed Ability Level class with Pilates at the centre alongside some specially created exercises I use to tone my arms and shoulders.
