As a former sprinter who ran track in high school, this brings back a lot of memories. I absolutely loved my coaches however I'll never forget the importance of staying as low as possible when coming out of the blocks and not having my body in the up right position until almost the end of the 100m.

I would like a video about Sprint mechanics. Specific drills to work on the various aspects of the technique. Videos of analysis of form would be nice too. So people could learn what needs to be corrected

We had a sprint coach for a couple weeks for football in high school. I still remember them reaching us different techniques to use in order to build and maintain speed.

Even though they were out of order, I found the picture you labeled with the phases of the sprinting technique at maximum velocity to be very helpful!

Refreshing my brain on the differences between active mobility and passive mobility was helpful especially when I am by myself at the gym

that is cool how they (tried) to show the sprinting phases, and I like how you make it very easy to understand. And I like how you mentioned that strength training is great but for power this won't do much. And where they are looking has such a huge impact on their performance.

I liked the steps at the end of the video. They gave a nice guidline for setting up trainig sessions that are going to work well!

My programming skills are currently focused on hypertrophy and powerlifting, so it's exciting to begin learning how to design programs for other athletic qualities.

It was interesting to learn how body positioning affects sprinting/running in terms of acceleration.

I am always impressed with the high need for nervous system control is for athletes. The muscle and brain connection is so important to a high performing athlete!

The way that you highlighted the how to transfer one's strength training into their sprint performance through examples made it easier to understand. Thank you!

The difference between mobility and flexibility was interesting to learn about!

The explanation of the picture for sprinting technique was very helpful! I wasn't able to understand the difference between the different supports

I like how practical all of these concepts can be and how simply they can be applied. I also appreciated how the difference between agility and athlete's change in direction capacity. Thank you for all of this!

I liked the comparison of distance runners and strength athletes sprinting compared to a sprinter because I can picture it in my head and it totally makes sense.

This video gave me good insight on how to create effective programs for speed and agility athletes.

My ability to program is really limited to hypertrophy and powerlifting right now so it is great to start learning more about how to program for other athletic attributes.

More impulse per step meaning the longer the step was super helpful in connecting all the steps. This video was very helpful in connecting the gym, in play sports, and sports specific movements that can be carried out in the gym.

I really liked how you went through the technical guides lines and coaching to where the coach can focus for certain training goals. Thank you!
