The practical applied portion of the NSCA CSCS Exam is particularly challenging. It can be very hard to find CSCS Exercise Technique Study Videos. The Movement System CSCS Study Course includes exercise technique videos for more than 25 exercises including resistance training, speed and agility, plyometrics, and more.

Books I recommend: (Affiliate links below support The Movement System Content Creation)

1. Leadership Game Plan for Success (John Wooden)

2. Science and Development of Muscle Hypertrophy

3. Periodization Training for Sports

4. Essentials of Strength Training and Conditioning

5. Conscious Coaching

6: Strength and Conditioning A Biomechanical Approach

This is by far the best video breakdown of the speed and agility chapter I've seen. It's a dense chapter that's hard to understand for those without a proper ExSci background. Matt makes it so easy.

Hey Matt, this was very helpful. Any more content on the practical applied section would be super helpful because it is hard to find good free resources online!

Hello
I believe I have weakness in my triceps medial head tendon. I don't face any problems when I am doing workouts for biceps, deltoids or even triceps but when I am doing bench press with a heavy weight, my elbow starts dancing to the sides when I am at full hand extension.
