I might have to start doing laterals, although my shoulders HATE them. Most of my lifting years, ive gained my shoulder size with presses, mainly weighted dips, so it almost feels sacrilegious to do an isolated movement for them, since ive come so far with heavy compounds. But I think my lateral delts are hitting a plateau with the dips, so I need to figure something out.

I like to roll my shoulders forward, raise my pinkies upwards a little bit, lean forward, and raise at an angle halfway between my hip and my pelvis. I do strict form in the 12-14 rep range and then I cheat until I can’t get the weights to shoulder level. Maximum pump and mind muscle connection

i do that too sometimes, but i prefer cable side raises

In body weight terms, could side pushups also hit side delts?(Side plank one arm push-up)
I’ve tried it informally but don’t know if it might be dangerous. Thank you in advance 🙏
