Your elbows should be higher then ur hand actually locking out ur elbows create stress n would dmg ur joints over time especially w progressive overload

Good points but still way off the mark- supraspinatus initiates the movement, so forget the first 30deg, and moving in the place of the glenoid fossa will target the deltoid far more anatomically correct without risk of impingement.

do you have to roll your shoulder back for this exercise?? because i hvmave tried both but am still plateuing in the same weight and reps for months.. and i hate it
