Been doing this for a year, now its the best progress ive seen since doing this style. Ive progressed from 20lbs lat raises to 40s my aim to to lateral raise a 50lbs

I have to say these vids are INFINITELY better than the other ones you do. A lot of us can use these explainatory type vids. I've found myself on some of the ones that don't hunting through the comments to find what you're talking about because I don't want to hurt myself. Prime example was the chest press video. I had to hunt to find that you were talking about wrist alignment.

Super helpful. I always struggled a bit with lateral raises and it would end up engaging my traps way too much. Definitely going to give this a try next session 💪

Loved this one. I do have a variation where I go out to the sides, and I go very high, as shown by Dr.Mike from Renaissance periodization. But 75% of my raises I was doing mostly this way already, will adjust accordingly 😀

Damn dude, I've been following the regiment of a different fitness influencer (rhymes with Dr Flute) and their example videos almost always look like the guy who's doing it wrong in your vids, the workouts they have me on are great, but only when I'm using the correct form, i appreciate these videos a lot man 💪🏼💯
