Thanks my traps literally are trying to rip my neck off for how often I use them in so many workouts plus genetics too but they’re just too strong I need to turn them tf off

I find it easier to disengage traps when I have my arm pretty much straight (although not locked in elbow) instead of bending the elbow, but for some reason everyone tell me that the elbow need to be bent. Is there anything wrong with straight arm during lateral raise, aside from it being heavier (basic physics - leverage)
