If your wrist/grip is a limiting factor, use an ankle strap (Usually used for GLUTE KICKBACKS) on your wrist. If it's not snug enough, use an ankle strap on top of the wrist wrap. You can also raise far more weight than with the handle.

No. Raise the cable to your waist, then lean out extensively. This puts the delt in a lot of tension especially at the bottom and allows you a very wide range to perform complete reps.

If you enjoy It I think it's okay. I feel like the gym nowadays have been a place where we say a lot of exercise are pointless. At the end of the day, we go to the gym to live a longer life and to look good. Wish content creators showed that more and spread that energy.

I haven't tried a wide stance cable raise before but on paper it seems like leaning away just anchors you more and is actually more stable.

Why would you be limited by grip with lateral raises most people don’t do very much weight, grip should never be an issue.
