I’m in joyful tears doing this video this morning. I began two years ago and could barely bend my body to each side. Now 70lbs released including Melissa Neil videos, Drs. Berg, Fung and A healthy alternative community, I’m in a state a calm and inter confidence and feel centered and really really good. Thank you for such a nice pace video for all fitness levels. It truly takes a village.💯❤️

I was battling my depression yesterday. I got up and did one 8 min work out and them found this weekly challenge. I am so happy to say that just exercising yesterday gave me the go-to to pick up the challenge today. Thank you, for putting out these videos, that are doable and for you great encouragement of others. You are making a difference in the world as we all hope to do daily!

Working as an ICU nurse in a Covid unit where many people have passed...I didn't realize how many emotions I'd bottled up...thank you for this video, it helped me in so many ways, releasing so much tension, bottled up tears and getting some calm in the interim...bless you

Who says I can't exercise along with you?! 26 here and been on my first health journey for a year and a half now! Fabulous50s and Yoga with Adriene are my favorite YouTubers! You both help me soo much with aiding my anxiety's and tension! This 5 minute stretch has been added to my morning routine and I just LOVE how light and flowy it makes me feel afterwards! I’m 60 and now caring for my 82 yr old mum whose just had knee replacement and my Dad whose mobility is so bad. I was looking for exercises to build up my arm strength as it’s difficult now for me to lift them I found your bat wings exercises yesterday. Today I did your 5000 steps followed by this stretch. Feel fab. Will definitely be doing alternate days bat wings and alternate 5000 steps. Squashing how I feel, my problem of caring for two elderly, putting my arms together made me cry then I felt so much better. So thank you so much.

You are definitely a God sent, an angel...when I was younger until my early 40's I was an avid exerciser, aerobics, kickboxing, weight lifting, etc. then I went through a deep depression losing my parents 5 years ago after caring for them several years, I gained a lot of weight and am morbidly obese, lost my every sweet emotion, became bitter...the Lord led me to you, to finally take care and myself like I used to...though I'm too embarrassed to exercise if front of my husband, he understands I need my private time for exercise...Thank you and bless you...

I am 81 and have been excersing for most of my life. I stopped due to a sad experience for almost 9 months. When I found fabulous 50s I could or believe how easy it was to return to daily workouts. Thank you

No matter how “worked out” I feel after doing your abs, glutes, burn belly fat, 15/30 minute walking fat burn routines, I always finish off by doing this 5 minute stretch work out. It is magical for slowing down, breathing in & calming the mind. As soon as I hear you voice at the end saying “you’re safe, everything’s going to be alright”, I feel as a child cocooned in my mother’s love (& I’m 61!). Thank you for your amazing work outs, they given me a new lease of life. Ix

I did the 30 min 5000 steps first, then the 10min cardio and completeld them with these stretches. I burst out in tears at the end when I crushed my problems! I never realised there was so much pent up inside me till then. 🌟 What a release of emotions and I must do this daily now! Thank you so much!
