I'm going to add this to the end of all of my workout routines. Your videos are so positive, motivating, and inspiring. I see a lot of people tell you this and I absolutely feel the same way. I watched a little bit of the video and it has helped me feel a little bit better. I still got a smile on my face when you said l, "without further ado, let's get to it". Thank you Maddie.

Great channel Maddie.
As a low income non driver with health conditions living alone in a council flat, I cannot always afford nor attend gym, so I do appreciate that you offer quiet full body stretches, workouts and cool downs. God bless you and I hope I can become a qualified professional like yourself some day.

This came out right at the beginning of my workout, so PERFECT timing for me to end with it!!! I love the hip flexor stretches especially; that's the one part of my body that tends to get sore most. Thanks Maddie!!!
