My sister laughed when I told them I was gonna become slimmer with just implementing Fenoboci Diet Plan, but after I showed them great effects after I used it they are begging me to tell them about it. Of course I won't let them know the details about this diet plan, haha

i think our hypersensitivity to some foods comes not from these foods alone but all the other chemicals surrounding us constantly, which eff up our immune system. hundred years ago ppl where not so pandemically hyperallergenic to food because the living environment was clean. i think ppl who think they are allergic to this and that food also should consider what they wear, what cosmetics they use etc. everything in general makes ppl so weak, not the food alone

AT dinner, I would skip those mixed vegetables and substitute with Broccoli, green beans or cauliflower or a salad. There are healthier vegetables and lower carbs than the vegies shown for dinner and you can eat a lot more of them for dinner. I would move the almonds to a snack and substitute and could have some low calorie Greek yogurt with some fresh fruit or small baked potato. I am on a 1200 cal. a diet of healthier eating.  I do like your variations you do in your meals. NIce variety!!

That looks so sparse! I follow the rule of eating clean whole foods and eating until I feel nicely full. This was of eating is a lifesaver.

I don't understand- I've been eating 1500 calories or less per day and eat even cleaner than this and exercising & still my weight won't budge. I need to lose 25 to 30 pounds to get to my correct BMI.

I always thought breakfast was suppose to be your biggest meal? I usually eat around 400-500 for breakfast and tend to have a light lunch and medium dinner. I don't know if I'm eating too much?
