What to eat on an empty stomach? What should you avoid eating on an empty stomach? Only a few people are aware that some foods are not very good for us if eaten on an empty stomach.

SUMMARY
- No more orange juice in the morning! Citrus fruits are rich in fruit acids. When eaten on an empty stomach, they can cause heartburn and increase the risks of gastritis and even gastric ulcers.
- Also, shortcrust and puff pastries aren’t the best solution for your morning meal. This food contains yeast, so it irritates the lining of your stomach and may cause flatulence.
- What else to avoid? It may sound strange to you, but eating yogurt and other fermented milk products for breakfast has little benefit for your body. If you eat them on an empty stomach, then hydrochloric acid, formed in the stomach, kills the lactic acid bacteria.
- Finally, if you eat bananas when your stomach is empty, this will lead to a sharp increase in the amount of magnesium in the blood which may harm your heart.

I was on Vegetable Diet for 4 weeks. Before I did that I had a really big problems with my stomach. I did try to eat eggs - pain, oatmeal with milk - pain and bloated stomach feeling, weird. Then I started Vegetable diet what spouse to clean my stomach and body. I did eat tomatoes, cucumber and even grapefruits fir breakfast. and I never felt better. I started to eat really clean, no sugar, no over use of salt, no processed food. And even now when I will eat something like fast food I feel good. What I am trying to say is that everyone is different and need to treat his body like one of the kind. Make sure that you all food is nutritional for your body :) That is all.

My mom makes some yummy oatmeal! I actually like to eat it before school when I do or don't have time! She cooks it with milk and adds a little bit of sugar and adds some cinnamon for flavor! It's super good!
