What To Eat On OMAD For An Amazing Transformation is a video that breaks down how you can eat one meal a day successfully following a method that I have used for years. One meal a day is a common strategy that many people find to work very well for them as they are trying to improve their health. I have personally used one meal a day for many years and find it to be a great strategy for overall health and wellbeing. OMAD can successfully be used by anyone in good health as a strategy to further improve your baseline health.

One meal a day is a great way to start improving your health naturally. This strategy has transformed the lives of many people who follow this channel. The omad diet is one that is effortless, requiring those who follow it to do nothing other than simply change eating pattern so they eat only at night. My omad diet before and after results were amazing for the very minimal effort put into following this simple to follow diet.

To be honest, sticking with OMAD was never a matter of discipline for me. It's way easier than dieting or anything else. I eat healthy food once a day, till I'm full and feel good, no sugar except for a piece or two of fresh fruit, and then for 23 hours I don't even think about food, it's totally out of my mind. I don't worry about snacking or cooking or anything related to food. Dieting... now that takes discipline, and constant willpower to not eat, it's torture. OMAD is so liberating, and I enjoy my food mindfully instead of always feeling like I'm not full.

i love omad. i lost 30 pounds during the pandemic from omad + keto. You have to eat healthy whole foods like you said. Mental clarity goes through the roof and weight loss is an added benefit. (and fasted exercise is super good too!)

In the ancient Vedas, nine thousand old sacred Indian scriptures, its written that:
One meal a day, you are a yogi man.
Two meals a day, you are a warrior man.
Three meals a day, you are a trader man.
Four meals a day, you are an animal man.

You know why I follow these proponents of IF on YouTube? Because they all look better and some even younger than they did in their videos a few years back.

You're correct, you can't eat whatever you want. Ive been fasting 20 hours a day for years, and my first meal is a large salad with spinach leaves, grilled asparagus (or zucchini), coriander, shallots, parsley etc. Then I eat a main meal. I quit coffee and transitioned to vegatarian diet two years ago. I look years younger than my age, have huge amounts of energy and my ability to focus is off the charts. I walk 10km (6mi) everyday day. It takes months for your body to adjust to intermittent fasting so be patient and disciplined. I started with 16:8 years ago and then move up to 20:4. Good luck y'all.

While I’m one of those that do believe I can eat what I want, I found that evolved into wanting to eat healthier. It seemed to happen naturally as the body knew what it needed. I never have cravings or headaches.

What made me transition to OMAD is because I gained weight and I couldn't stop burping at night. So I stopped eating after 2pm. I eat a big lunch and I'm good for the day.. I don't get food coma anymore in the afternoon because I also had to cut out carbs so I could leave more room for nutrient dense foods. Feel so much better.

I’m back on OMAD, 3rd day in. Currently just clearing my pantry, then any future purchases vegan and healthy. I always make sure to incorporate fruit and veggies in my one meal. ❤

I applaud those who are diciplined enough to do OMAD!! I typically have a protein smoothie in the late a.m. and then dinner in the evening. I enjoy learning from your videos though 😊 !!

Doing omad keto for autophagy.
Didn't think I could eat so much food once a day but it's so much better than staying bloated binge eating.

I eat OMAD and have recently put on 8lbs of weight due to my love of peanut butter! It's easy to forget it's still possible to eat too many calories on this way of eating.

I've just started OMAD and I love it. However, I'm definitely a good eater. I have been eating healthy foods for years. I'm doing OMAD specifically for my weight issues
