Wow, absolutely loved it. As someone who finds most pilates workouts too easy, this was perfect and challenging and the dynamic movements didn’t let me get bored!

Great workout!!! I love working many muscles all at once as well as the body-mind connection that creates new pathways! The clam shells are great moves for hip strength and mobility, often things that are underrated but extraordinarily important. I feel strong, refreshed and energized!!! Great workout! I used to be a personal trainer who worked alongside a physical therapist. :)

Wie schön, ein weiterer deiner super Pilates, kommen zZt nicht hinterher 😅, sonst fast täglich trainiert, aber wird alles nachgeholt, tut so gut im Lauf zu bleiben damit...

Zum mehrfach wiederholen schön. So komplexe, detailreiche und absolut fordernde Sequenzen, die wirklich Spaß machen trotz dem Anspruch 🤩🤩
