Wondering what questions to ask in your interview? Rhea, an operations specialist for UShip, shares her strategy and tips that helped her get the job.

Here are Rhea's key pieces of advice:

1. Employers care about your questions because they demonstrate your engagement, curiosity and preparation.
2. Consider asking about the interviewer’s perspective.
3. If you want more details about the position, get more clarity by asking “What will my day-to-day look like?” or “What is the training period for this role?”
4. Asking broader questions about challenges faced by the company demonstrates your desire to be a problem-solver. Make sure you're prepared by researching the company.
5. It can be nerve-wracking to ask about company policies and salary, but try to be your own advocate and get the answers you need.

In my country is normal the interviewer asking personal questions, but I do not enjoy when they asking about my religion, my family and also my sign, for me, those questions is unnecessary.
