I came thinking I was going to get questions to ask candidates, not to ask myself. I know this. I am in search of other key questions or tips.

Your fifth point is ridiculous and quite wrong, poor advice. And your sixth point is very much a grey area, especially for highly sought after candidates who know how to act when negotiating. Throwing yourself at an employer constantly, as you basically described, can weaken your salary negotiations etc if this is still on the table.
