I really like all your videos, thanks so much!!
I have been doing intermitent fasting 18/6 for 9 days and yesterday I was 8 pounds down!! So happy.
My eating hours are from 1-7pm.
-1pm 1 tb spoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water.
-1:15pm My berries almond shake (your recipe)
-2:30pm chicken or 2 hard boiled eggs with avocado, broccoli or spinach and queso fresco or a mozzarella string cheese.
-5pm On my way home I like to chew
gums 🤭
6:30pm my last meal could be same eggs, chicken or tuna with a portion of vegetables OR a protein shake.
After that I drink water only till 10pm when go to bed.
In the morning wake up and drink water, warm lemon water and black coffee till 1pm.

Hi Autumn, my eating window is normally from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm. Sometimes it varies an hour or so. Thanks for all of the wonderful information. I am so excited for this challenge!

Autumn, I am so grateful I found you!!! FINALLY someone in the field that covers it all and in my opinion, you are 100% accurate with everything. As if I I already did not know you know your S%%^, what you mention about MCT… omg these are my feelings as well. I tried it once or twice back in the day, and my sensitive body did NOT like it. It made me verryyy jumpy and it just did not feel right. So I agree with your assessment. Love you girl, keep up the amazing work, I send everyone your way when they ask about my fasting journey.

I stop eating at 6:30 pm and normally start eating around 9:30 to 10:00 am
Trying to now focus on eating the right foods

I’ve only just found you in here, but I have to say your very helpful and informative in an approachable way, I’m 58 and live in New Zealand I’m recently widowed have been eating to comfort myself, this has proven to be one of my not so smartest ideas ever....but I’ve found you and I feel I have hope and ideas, tips, instruction on how I can help myself get back toward health again and feeling good in my body, I’m excited for this to happen, as you will know health in our bodies has so much influence on our mental health, so I’m pulling myself out of the hole with the help of you a big Thankyou .

Been doing different types of fasting.
Been researching and I came across your YouTube I like to get the most information I can.

Ive have been doing one meal a day or three meals a day and 24-hour fasting.
Having trouble going past 30 hours but I was trying to challenge myself it's difficult when I'm making my husband mushrooms sweet potato and salmon for dinner it is so good especially after fasting for 30 hours

Watching this while eating my pumpkin chili. Day 1 - I’m so impressed with the recipes. Very yummy. This is my new favorite pumpkin chili. My long term goals are to lose 10 lbs and tone up. I definitely felt the leg workout so, I’m off to a good start. Thank you Autumn.
