I'm so happy to bring you another Walk/Run Treadmill Workout!

It's a quick and effective workout that will definitely help you get the job DONE!

It's a 20 Minute Workout that combines both running and walking!
We'll be working on Inclines 1% to 5% as we get stronger with every step!

Timing of Today's Workout:
00:00 - Introduction
00:40 - 5 Minute Warm-Up
01:15 - Explanation of the workout
05:40 - Workout Begins
25:31 - Cool-Down & Stretch

Again, Max Incline is 5.0%.

Benefits of Incline:
Using incline on a treadmill tones the muscles much faster, improves quads, hamstrings, glutes and also ankle strength. It also tones muscles and burns calories 5 times quicker for faster fat loss.

HIIT workouts not only help build endurance, strength and speed but they are great ways to burn an increased amount of calories and with HIIT workouts you get maximum results in less time. Using a treadmill to change your routine and the intensity of your workout can help you reach new highs in your personal fitness.

Again TreadChic, has been designed for all individuals regardless of your fitness level. It is for the slowest of walkers to the fastest of sprinters. Each participant is given guidelines to determine their speed at the start of class.

I truly believe that we need to help empower one another to reach new and wonderful levels. It is my vision to make sure participants complete each workout feeling challenged and empowered to come back and do it again!

Hi Ludgina, I love these videos this is my style. Walk a while, run a while and then repeat. Now I can run the full 30 minutes but I enjoy the 5-10 minute runs with 5-10 minute walks. I will do this one the next time it is raining and I am at the gym.
