Did this last night - my first run in over 10 weeks (recovering from a broken collarbone) It was a great "re-introduction" to running and I will probably come back to it several times over the next couple of weeks. Thanks for putting these out

Great workout! If you are an intermediate runner my walking intervals were 4.6-4.8 mph incline ranged from 3-8%. My runs ranged from 7.5-8.5mph incline was a steady 1%. Great for any level! Thank you @ibxrunning

My second time doing this workout with you. Not only was my running more relaxed and easier, but shaved 10 sec of my pace 🤩 Progress!! 💪

Nice run, I went ahead and switched the incline walks to incline jogs and the jogs to runs/sprints. Feels great! Doing this again!

Great beginner run workout !! About all I can handle right now. Just wondering if the timer on bottom left could be a countdown clock instead. It’s hard to hear what you say sometimes and I think a countdown may be more helpful?? Just inquiring….

Thanks for this one. I really enjoyed it and i found the 60second jog/60second walk easier to handle than longer intervals. In fact. I did it twice and then did a summit walk. What do you think about order? Would you do the hill walk at the end or put it between the two 20 minute walk/run segments?
