LEG PRESS MISTAKE

Although too little range of motion is a more common mistake on the leg press, for those non ego lifters, too much range of motion isn’t good either. Bringing the weight too low can put a tremendous amount of stress on your lower back. Make sure your back stays firmly against the pad, grasp the handles, and push through your entire foot while also making sure your butt stays on the seat.
