Greg’s diet advice may not be the absolute best, but it is the most realistic for those of us that are young and still want a social life. If you want to portion and weigh everything and eat out of Tupperware, more power to you. If you have trouble eating bland boring food or want something simple yet effective this is for you.

This is facts man I’m 178 I maintain at 2700-3000, starting eating this much and following your advice doing MWF workouts only and just walking on the other days and I’ve maintained my weight perfectly ! Promised myself I am doing maintenance until next summer for a whole year to heal my body and metabolism

Fasting, enjoyable foods, daily walking, and lifting 3x per week are all great advice! 💯 But I do disagree about calorie formulas. They're too generic.

**Using myself as an example, I walk 15-20K steps daily, do full body lifting 3x per week, and run sprints 2x per week. I can maintain 210lbs BW at 4500 per day.

But let's say I wanted to cut to 190. By this math I'd be only taking in 2100 per day which is almost a 2500 daily deficit. You're better off using scale feedback to track the trend and establish your actual maintenance. Then cut from there because everyone is different.
