8: 10 minute rule - if you think about eating junk food, think about for 10 minutes and you might not want to anymore

9: go for big meals - have a bigger, healthier serving instead of a small unhealthy serving

I cut down on sugar, i switched from drinking juice to only water. I also only eat a sugary snack maybe 1 to 2 times a week but the serving size only. I exercise mostly everyday. I hope i will start losing weight soon
