I really appreciate how you discussed labels. Often times you get YouTubers who only talk about how a product had ''90 calories!" but skim past the part where it's actually really horrible for you considering the ingredients. It creates an unhealthy mindset of low is good and as long as it's below 100 cals who cares what company puts in it? Great video, very informative and honest!

Great video! I’ve got a question. Most nutritionists say that dairy is not ideal for your health. Though not a fan of fresh milk, I feel good after eating yogurt, cheese, kefir, butter etc. Is there something inherently bad about all dairy, or is eating fermented/non-fresh dairy okay if it soothes the gut instead of bloating it like it does for others?
