This was a game changer!! Mindful eating? Never thought about mindful eating as more than eating sustainably and putting your phone down while having a meal. It’s past midnight so I’m not eating more today but I’m going much more aware into my next meals than ever. Thank you!! ✨🍃

I agree with everything in this video, great information! I love that you mention eating a varied rainbow-colored diet, this is something not enough people are talking about. I also loved how you mentioned being mindful of how full you are, most people eat until they are stuffed and that is so hard on the body! I love your channel, by the way!
