How to build Shoulders using a Total Gym

This video explains what I believe is the simplest way to develop and train your deltoids using a Total Gym or Sliding Bench Trainer. These types of machines are extremely effective in building strong defined shoulders without any extra equipment. I'd even argue you could stress your deltoids just as well when matched up to a fully equipped gym.

I have been waiting patiently to be able to work out again. Had a nerve injury to my thumb in early May and it completely sidelined my workouts. Sooo looking forward to getting back at it. here we go, starting all over again. thanks

Just wondering if you have a program to strengthen the rotator cuff after surgery and the standard PT. It’s been 10 months for me post surgery. ROM is really good by still trying to get my strength back in my shoulder. Thanks for any input.

Hey Mike working out on shoulders will I still gain muscle on lower levels my shoulders are weak what level should I start out at when using a total gym
