Here’s a shoulder workout I personally do to build bigger, well-define delts.

To work the anterior and lateral delts,
Do Seated Barbell Shoulder Press
And seated dumbbell shoulder Press.

To work the lateral delts,
Barbell upright rows
And seated dumbbell lateral raises.

To work the posterior delts,
Cable face pulls.

I wish people wouldn’t promote upright rows. They’re just asking for a shoulder impingement. Lat raises are so much better.

Lateral raises and face pulls are definitely my favourite exercises for building those 3D Delts

1 arm reverse flyes are a great exercise for rear delts.

Wasn't his form for facepulls wrong according to Jeff cavaliere . I guess done this way causes internal rotation

I personally prefer to do the face pulls with a neutral grip, externally rotating at the end of the movement, instead of internally. This fixed my shoulder issues, just my experience.

Upright rows are safe if perform correctly. Grab the bar at about shoulder width or wider. Do not move the bar up past the shoulders. Use light weights to start

Instead of upright rows do lateral raises. Also with external rotation to avoid shoulder problems
