Bro, there are no words to describe how thankful i am to you, i started my lifting journey 3.5 years ago when i was at my lowest lows after a breakup and in heavy suicidal depression. I was diagnosed obese and had to start exercising because if i hadn't my heart would give up essentially. You gave me so fucking much inspiration and help throughout this whole time it's insane. Thanks to you, i am currently weighing 73kg at about 13 ish % body fat and last week had just smashed through my leg press and squat pr, leg press @220kg at 4 clean reps and squat @100kg at 3 reps. While im still dealing with a lot of trauma, my progress at the gym really helps to put a smile on my face and i can only be thankful to you for helping me reach and go beyond what i could only dream of looking. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart Noel, you existing has changed my life so drastically and so positively❤❤

I used to have a weak shoulder and my badminton coach used to tell me to do shoulder presses from hanging down the bar to going up.ive been doing them for 2 years now .man really my shoulders are decently strong, i got explosive strength, and feeling good posture.❤❤❤💪💪💪.now i know the value of this exercise because of you thank you noel.
