These two recipes are super easy to prepare, they will be the perfect snack or the star of the party when you set them out for your family or friends along with an assortment of cheeses and crackers, and they will make a great topic of conversation. I love to pickle different vegetables with different spices so they all have a different flavor too, These pickled eggs and peppers don't last long in our refrigerator, because they are just that good, I try to pickle just enough to last us about 2 to 4 weeks then I just prepare some more when theyre all gone. Fresh Dill As needed
1 Medium Carrot (sliced)
1 Red Jalapeño or green (optional)

2 C. Water
2 C. Apple Cider Vinegar (or clear white)
1 Tbsp Sugar ( for good balance)
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp. Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Minced dried Onions
1 tsp Minced dry Garlic
SWEET AND SPICY MINI PEPPERS______
Sweet mini Peppers as needed
2 Jalapeños cut in half long way (optional)
Few Pieces of Onion as needed
Fresh Dill as needed
