My dad threw banana peels, wrappers on the floor. He took money from mom's purse just to leave her broke and financially vulnerable. Used mom's clothes to mop the floor. I sometimes wonder when he will ever die. At 63 he is still so strong ..as though he is drawing all our energies into this body.

Yes, I had a covert narc go through my confidential papers and lift an identification card of mine. I noticed it missing, accused them, but they denied taking my possession. Then, one day, months later, whilst rummaging through my paperwork, I noticed the id had been returned. When I mentioned it to him, he gaslighted me. Such an evil piece of work!

You just described my sister. She stayed in my house for many months, even though she owns two homes of her own. She paid for nothing. She finally left without warning, and stole my possessions, private papers, coated the bathtub in black grease, threw the food all over the floor, and stained my sofa
She leaves me weird messages everyday, even though I’ve gone no contact with her for months.
It takes strength of mind, body, and spirit to fight off narcissists who are determined to destroy one.

I came back to visit from Japan and my NS had saved several bags of garbage in her closet which magically appeared near the door JUST before her friend showed up. I got the message and took all that crap out b4 friend showed up. She wanted to make it look like I wasn't helping with anything. I answer the door and friend looks straight thru me like I'm not there. She once tried to make a duplicate key to my apt. They're all crazy and spend all their time scheming.

What i never understood before was why would a dad poison their kids against their mom and vice versa .. but then after years i realised that there was no love to begin with. And so they can and will do such damage.
