In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

Crushed it for the 2nd time! Just finished STF 2023 and we’re onto August fan Favorites and it felt great to revisit an old workout but still feel like it was a new challenge because I’m not the same person I was 2 years ago! I have grown in strength and ability and that feels fantastic!! Great work today! 🙌🏼🥵🔥P.S. it felt great to dance with Sydney again with these older videos!!!!

One of my favorites! This is my go-to full body workout 🎉 for those looking for workout info, this is what we do!

Superset format x2 rounds

~ Curls & press
~ Bent rows L / R

~over head alt lunges
~hinge & high row

~ front & lateral raise with heel lift
~ tricep kickback

~kneeling squat up/downs
~alternating step ups

~chest fly
~ alternating hammer curls with rotation

~walking alternating lateral deadlifts
~squat with around the worlds

ab burn out
~leg raises
~dumbbell toe touches
~dumbbell reverse crunch
~dumbbell side-middle-side crunch (Russian twist variation)
~dumbbell reverse ab crunch
~plank twists

~1 minute call outs

I'm doing this today, July 31, 2023, because it's on the calendar Sydney left us when she jetted off to St. Thomas. I liked this workout. After finishing STF on ALL OUT week...a nice steady repped out strength workout was nice. The ab burnout was great! Thanks Sydney.
