Try a super set of hammer curls, reverse grip curls (barbell) and behind the back curls (barbell)

Hammer curls are still an amazing brachioradialis and brachialis movement though, and i think to get the best results, one should rotate the two as they are both godly... im getting amped just thinking about them😅

One is a hammer curl working the long head of the bicep and the other is reverse curls for forearms…
