This seemed like it would be a breeze, but all those back-to-back ab moves proved so challenging! Ack! I did it after a 10-minute biceps/triceps routine, and it paired perfectly. The planks were that much harder!

Hi Coach, I just finished this workout and TEN MINUTE AB WORKOUT! GET A STRONG, FLAT BELLY! this one too, they are great and I will continue with my regular Stability ball
routine until getting 40-50 min.
I wonder if you have some workouts with resistance tubular bands and twist board?

Hi Coach Marsha ma'am! Is this also for men? I am a man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not last 3 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL did this full lesson powerfully like you and then repeated the full lesson again!! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

Nice movements, but 20 seconds is a little too short to feel muscles are strengthened.
