Callisthenics can be done everywhere too, so you can resistance train and run together even without a gym.

Your right man, can do 10 perfect form muscle ups. So for me based on my strength level I need more endurance for run times for rasp more but I signed up for a option 40 contract so I can at least run right now.

I prefer running but mixing in weight three times a week is a nice boost. Plus some creatine because us ladies don’t build very easily 😅

It’s funny I have always liked to work out with weights and do cardio, but I was always told not to do it in the past because I would lose muscle. I never really had a lot of muscle anyhow😂

Honestly i think this guys great and he obviously in good shape and killin it im not knocking him im just wondering.. cause bodybuilders often do cardio and running is like the most basic go to form of cardio so… same with athletes the strength and conditioning is weight lifting and running distance and or sprints. Why are we pretending this is a whole concept lol “hybrid training” where you lift but its crazy cause you also run… lol idk maybe im missing or misinterpreting this but it seems like we are rebranding the same old package and calling it new and improved brand new groundbreaking workout program
