I bulked last winter, and this is exactly how i cut and oh my word, I never felt better. Although everyone is different on how they chop it down. Just Subscribed 💪🏼

I have almost the exact same daily diet and routine. Although I eat two meals a day, my first late morning time. It just developed into this routine and it has been miraculous for my health and conditioning, after years of health issues. I now have almost none. Nice one bruv

I'm also doing omad. however I'm always afraid I'll lose that domination factor with weight and usually revert to my 100kg + which is bad. however for three years ive been largely doing omad. thanks for these vids i feel like I'm not crazy after all haha (I'm just lazy, that's how omad became a thing for me) would you mind sharing height and weight?

I would never want to eat one meal per day. I’m close to losing 50 lbs at 50 years old just by switching to 3 healthy meals per day and working out. This seems extreme.

i am like 215 lbs if i lived like you I would be starving…. maybe more ripped but for me I would definitely loose muscle.
