I think trying to do push ups and press will prove to be as great as training holds tho they are more techniqual and need more strength, balance and coordination i think they will carry on to learn them when acheiving the full planche
Well this time i don't have any things to disagree with quick and short video but only some will undersrand your very points as deep as you can

I think you hit a big part of mastering full planche, you need to lift the legs and be able to feel the full planche activation and replicate how it feels to actually lift the legs and whole body tension against gravity - this is done by either planche jumps, Planche wall slides or i use a band and do flutter kicks. great content! now u have to master the planche push up and press!!!! vlog it!!.

I have a question, i do those full planche raises and other full planche exercises.. what about attempts? Should i do them everyday? Or i wait till recovery and try it? What are your answers?

Mình có thể hold dc tuck khoảng 15-20s, muốn unlock advanced tuck planche thì không biết kinh nghiệm của bạn thì nên tập như nào sẽ ổn nhất nhỉ?

I am stuck on tuck planche from more then 6 months, i changed the exercises as well thinking maybe thse sre not working any more still the same and now i feel like i lost all my strength. What should i do please help
