12:06 just did this work out im sweating bullets. I’m so unfit but I was able to complete most sets. Proud of me! Heart beating like crazy. Lol!! Thank you! Keep them coming please and thank you!!

Took a 3 min break drank some water and did the entire workout again. So I did the entire thing twice for a greater burn I loved it! Thanks for this 🔥

Funny I was just thinking about you & your sisters. I used to watch ALL y'all videos on hair & watched your family grow. just finished this workout and I’m sweating A LOT!! I took a longer break in the middle of the workout to rest due to some heart complications! But, I can feel this workout helped a lot! I recommend this to anyone that wants great results and a tough little workout!! <3

I've been following your HIIT and Toned legs workouts for a while now and what i can say is i feel literally AMAZING, i feel way stronger and better than before and I've seen really good results
Guys be consistent and get enough sleep and plenty of water and nutritions and don't forget doing warm-ups before working out and i promise the results are going to be really great 💕💕

Just stumbled upon your video it’s been a good year without my normal routine due to torn meniscus and lost job went into depression got up today and said no more get back to it - after the third one I could feel burn even after keeping it low key just want to say thank you looking forward to building my tone again and hope all is well for you.. you have new subscriber ❤

i loved this workout. i do competitive cheer and i broke my arm so while i'm recovering i do leg workouts like this. i will definitely being doing more of your work outs. keep up the amazing work girly.
