I started doing calisthenics because of you, you make it look so easy, I started doing crossfit first, but couldn't see a lot of progress, then I changed to calisthenics, and in a few weeks, I can see a lot of progress in my body and workouts doing it correctly. Thanks Chris, keep up with the videos!!!

Also mad respect for being so down to earth Chris and for sharing this; I got rejected as a 13 yr old when I wanted to train in gymnastics but the coach said I wasn't good enough and that I was too old. Then for many years I researched and researched how to get gymnastic strength but didn't make much progress. You my friend have been a massive help in healing that wound and been like a big brother to me in this sort of training and since I began last year I've been getting results far more quickly than in the fours years I tried doing by training myself. But when I say results I don't just mean my muscles getting bigger but they are actually strong. Much love dude 👊

Yo Chris, last year I used one of your at home full body workouts for a couple weeks before stopping for no reason. Now with high school track season coming up in a couple months, I started doing a lung workout yesterday. This workout you just posted is gonna help, here's hoping I can run the mile at high school level 🙏🏽
