I have followed couple of your last workouts ...normally when I started to follow u ..I was unable to complete the whole workout in one go ..I used to take breaks in between ..but as I followed u as I tried to complete the workouts in one breathe ..this workout became easy for me ...😀

I just started track in my Highschool and the other girls are really good...I will do this workout more often that I can run faster and don't blame myself. Thank you that is a really helpful workout.

okay I have a meet on Tuesday I currently run a 15.6 in the 100m but planning on running a 14.9 I’ll update y’all
It’s works I ran a 15.5 and I only been doing this workout for a week
