I'm almost 70 and work out with a couple 55# max adjustable dumbbells 3 times a week but haven't focused enough on my legs. This workout is just what I need. Thanks!

im doing this for 1 month would i see noticable progress? also doing this because i wanna dunk im 6'4 and have no access to a gym so this workout helped . finished everything and felt the burn 29 more days to go!

FYI: those follow along type of videos are great. I wonder if there is a way to like create a play list... That would be let's say 1h workout that contains.... Warm up... Then prep to main exercise .. Then the main exercise/metcon type. The idea here basically would be that I just start a playlist and it takes me thru different sections. Hmmm

30 lbs seems too light so i tried 45. Well now i cant move or breath so what a great idea that was. I will be doing this again soon.
