The Workout:

60 sec - jump rope regular bounce - ½ lb rope
60 sec - jump rope regular bounce - 1 lb rope
60 sec - mountain climbers + plank
60 sec - jump rope run in place - ½ lb rope
60 sec - jump rope run in place - 1 lb rope
60 sec - alternating side plank reach
60 sec - jump rope boxer skip - ½ lb rope
60 sec - jump rope boxer skip - 1 lb rope
60 sec - plank hip dips
60 sec - jump rope high knees - ½ lb rope
60 sec - jump rope butt kickers - 1 lb rope
60 sec - plank knee to elbow
**rest 15 sec between exercises
**advanced repeat circuit 2 times total

wow! amazing workout, I am a month into jumprope cardio with your videos & I must admit it hasn't been easy for me. Slowly I am feeling the changes in my body and getting used to these workouts without feeling like I'm dying lol the cool down videos are such a HUGE help! thank you!!

I made Rope jumping for last three weeks and I knew it kills my belly fat. I jumped every day 1000 jump. After I did, suddenly I searched the benefit of rope jumping and so I am here. I shocked the channel named ' JPD' because I am not expected that and then I am glad to be one of your fans. I am from Somalia. Have a nice time dudes.

Cool down videos is a great idea, also any videos containing key stretches would be fantastic. As separate videos too, can be added to a YouTube playlist etc. Thanks Guys!

Nice quick workout. I like the cool down and stretch, something I’ve missed from when I used to do Insanity. Definitely need a cool down as you hit the +40 years 😩

To those of you wondering... I did a 3m run at the start (super light, just to get the blood going) + the advanced (2 times this workout) with 1m interval between workouts + the stretching at the end. Accordingly to my Apple Watch Series 4, with the HIIT workout setup, I spent 450 calories over 45m, which was the total time between the start of the run till the end of the stretching. It was intense! :)

OMG 1 minute 1lb jump rope really tested me.
Waiting between the August and September monthly challenge, awsome fill in workout.
Separate 5 minute cool down workout would be great
