When I was in 8th class my weight was 50 . I was so fat. I neither cared about my eating habits not about exercise . I knew skipping well but I never did it regularly. Later we had a skipping regional meet and I was selected. So I used to practice hard and I continued it even after the competition. After 1 year I still found that my weight was 50 even though my height increased. So I found out that skipping helped me to achieve it . Later I started eating healthy, avoiding junk foods and doing skipping regularly . Now I am in 11class and my weight is 48 . So guys skipping really helps . You can do it . Keep a song playing on your mobile and do it . You cannot jump perfectly at first but practice makes it perfect . Try to avoid over eating . Eat only what you need . Do skipping regularly it has many other benefits too .

I am doing 1500 skips ....it's my 4 th day and I lost 0.5 inches from my waist ....I was doing previously too ... started with 500 then 1000 and now 1500 ....I saw results with skipping in a week ...my shoulders fat was almost gone and thighs were 28 and now 25 ❤️ ....am loving this

Yeaah skipping really does help in weight loss all over your body, not just belly fat.
I have been doing it for a week now ( 500 morning and 500 at evening). I feel a lot lighter now.

Your technique is helping me. In one time I just used to do maximum 50 times of skipping. Bt now I am able to do 100 times and faster than that. Thanks a lot. Actually it's my start of doing skipping. I think very soon I will be able to make 200 at a time
