Im new to your channel and been busting though them, i've ideally been jump roping for 1 hour a day breaking in it in 5 to 15 minutes a run until i hit that 60
I've cut almost all sugars, pretty much Keto at this point and some push ups on the side because chicks dig big arms

Just a short time like 3 seeks, my clothes look like plastic bags on me

Jump roping is seriously a fat burner when done right, love how y'all introduce it and promote it that way.

I'm following your 10-minute jump rope cardio. And maintaining my food limit control. And fasting 2 in a week.
In 1.5 months I lose around 6KG. I was 75 kg. Now I'm 69KG

Well. I can't thank you enough, last video you did for beginners was very helpful. Now i can do 60 jumping ropes straight, then rest for 10-15 sec and continue. I am doing 500 jumping ropes now and increasing 50 day by day ❤. Thank you, your videos keeps me motivated🎉

New to jumproping and just bought the Get Lean set at your recommendation 2 weeks ago. This kicked my @ss but what is super encouraging is to see you adapting to the less than ideal circumstances to get the workout done. Really takes away the excuses I like to make about my fulltime RV lifestyle making it "too hard" to workout consistently!

You are right, jump rope works in so many places, but we've got to not use excuses! Today there was some unrest in my city streets, so I stayed in my office and was able to do this workout. Small-space, no floor: perfect. Because no alternating moves, the burn in my calves really built up. I used my 1/2 lb to get a bit of upper body work too. Thank you!

Great session. First session I started with no rope just jumps and by the second session I used a rope and I was literally sweating bullets! 💦Debated on going for third session, and so I talked myself into it and my calves are 🥵😅

It was great to know I wanted to get this done and by simply searching jump rope dudes it was literally the first video that popped up. Huge help you just recently uploaded bc I often talk myself out of exercising and this literally made it so much more possible that I didn’t have to dig for and through past uploads.

I just bought a jump rope today - the cheapest one at Walmart (not weighted). I would love to lose at LEAST 35 pounds!! I am extremely out of shape so I get tired out FAST! I'm hoping jumping with a jump rope a lot and significantly cutting back on bad foods/sugar will help me lose that weight by Spring or Summer! 🙏

I am amazed really, i cant keep up for 3 minutes straight, i have to rest for 5 minutes then work again for 3 minutes. And repeat for half hour.

Could you make a video about the disadvantages of jumping rope? It's the only cardio exercise I do since I sit for at least 12 hours a day, and it's helped me avoid gaining weight. However, I've been diagnosed with herniated discs, possibly from lifting weights incorrectly or being sedentary. I've jumped rope my entire life, six times a week, at least three sessions, even doing 4, 000 jumps once a week. Could jumping rope be a cause of my herniated discs? Before the diagnosis, I was even considering increasing the difficulty by using a weighted vest. There seems to be very little information about the link between herniated discs and jumping rope.

What is the best way to incorporate this? On rest days? Before or After a work out or? And also how many times a week would be best? I do calisthenics 4x a week.

What about the 1 pound rope? Why do you never use it. Is the quarter pound best? should I use it instead of the 1 pound if I really want to lose fat and tone. I really like myb1 pound but can use the quarter if its better.
