my arms are my biggest problem and ive been doing this workout for 10 days and they have toned up im starting to see that line on my arm :)

Doing this exercise from 1st september 2020 three times for a week and repeat 2x.
From :
Left arm : 28 cm
Right arm : 29 cm
To :
Left arm : 26 cm
Right arm : 27 cm

Did this for the first time today and it wasn't even so hard! (I only have 2 1kg weights so I used those) I hate arm workouts because I always really feel the burn but this one was really decent and I still felt the improvement! I'm gonna stick to it for a while because those 7 minutes went by really fast and Lilly has got my trust since I've been doing 2 other workouts she uploaded and I really see a difference!

Just done my third day of this, with the 4minute ab workout and Hip Dips workout. Really enjoying Lilly's workouts :D

Update: just finished my 7th day. I was almost crying doing this workout for the first 2-3days, but my arms are slowly getting stronger :) I use a 2kg weight too. I have very weak arms lol.
I’ll keep going at this and the other workouts for another 2weeks. I’ve been sugar free for over 2weeks too, which is helping loads. 💗

I have 3 kg weights and attempted this workout. Could not pull through with those weights but I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your workouts and inspiration. I am a huge fan!

Thank u Lily...I enjoy the workout and really enjoy the music. Music is important too, for mood booster but mostly trainer just keep talking and play boring music....

OMG I need to start doing this one regularly cuz it was a STRUGGLE! My neck and traps just tense up so much and keep me from targeting the desired muscles... but practice makes perfect so if I keep working through it, I know I'll see some real improvement.

Hey guys I just wanted to stop in because I’ve been doing online workouts religiously ever since 2021 and started off with Chloe ting for a year and a half but ever since I found lily I gained abs and she taught me how to tone my body after losing weight and EVEN Lose more weight in a healthy way ofc ❤( FOR REAL) I didn’t really know what to do with my arms and I didn’t really have abs at all but my arms are toned down after I used to have most weight in my upper body and I’ve been doing this workout along with her other arm workout she has. stick with At least 2 months and you will get what you want
